Bishop Auckland Food Festival

Saturday 20th & Sunday 2st April, 10am – 4:30pm

Johnny will be demonstrating at the Bishop Auckland Food Festival, as part of the Love Food, Hate Waste campaign. Johnny will appear alongside the other Love Food, Hate Waste chefs – Richard Fox & Tim Maddams.

Richard is an award winning food writer, TV chef presenter and cook book author. He has appeared on various TV programmes such as Saturday Cooks on ITV, BBC 2's Food Poker and The Good Food Show on BBC Radio 4.

Tim has worked at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage as head chef for the past five years. At River Cottage he teaches about game, fish and meat. He has also filmed for the next Fish Fight campaign to ban discards and and has been writing a River Cottage handbook on game and game cookery, alongside many other food-related ventures.

Johnny, Richard and Tim will be giving out tips and hints at the demonstration kitchen in the grounds of Auckland Castle, creating mouth-watering meals throughout the weekend.
