Beer and Bangers Festival

I was recently asked to judge the very first Hodsock Sausage Competition at the Beer and Bangers Festival at Hodsock Priory. It was a great event with some really interesting sausage creations. The winner I picked was a lovely Cheese and Caramelised Onion sausage - definitely a worthy winner of the title Hodsock Banger 2013!
